NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Francis Kaunjika applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 22nd July 2016 for a licence to use the premises at 31 Westgate, Shipley, BD18 3QX, for sale by retail of alcohol and provision of late night refreshment for 09:00am - 23:00pm and 18:00pm - 23:30pm Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 19th August 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 22nd July 2016.
