NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Thornton and Allerton Community Association applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 12th July for a licence to use the premises at South Square Centre, South Square Thornton Road, BD13 3LD for by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises, the provision of exhibitions as well as occasional small performances, film screenings and live music from hours 9am to Midnight Monday to Saturday and 9am to 11pm on Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 9th August. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 19th July 2016.
