ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 89 (BRADFORD NORTH) APPERLEY BRIDGE

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 556) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of development works to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 89 (Bradford North) Apperley Bridge has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 89 (Bradford North) Apperley Bridge from its junction with Carr Bottom Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
No alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order is available. The Order comes into operation on 14th July 2016 and remains in force until 15th January 2017. DATED this 12th day of July 2016
