NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Asadour William Guzelian applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 6 July 2016 for a licence to use the premises at Cathedral House, 26-28 Church Bank, Bradford BD1 4DZ for the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment during the hours of 8:00-22.30 Monday to Thursday; 8:00-23:30 Friday to Saturday; and 9:00-22:00 Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Argus Chambers, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 4 August 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 6 July 2016
