ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 89 (BRADFORD NORTH), APPERLEY BRIDGE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 556) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of development works proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 89 (Bradford North) Apperley Bridge intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 89 (Bradford North) Apperley Bridge from its junction with Carr Bottom Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
No alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order is available. The proposed Order will come into effect on 14th July 2016 and remain in force until 15th January 2017. DATED this 5th day of July 2016
