LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Application has been made by North Parade Events Team to the Licensing Authority of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises Licence for North Parade, Bradford, BD1. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises, regulated entertainment and live music on one Saturday per year, between the hours of 12:00 and 20:00. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well Bradford, BD1 5RW (www.bradford.gov.uk).Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 14.7.16. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
