NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

The Pavilion Cafe Bar applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 14/6/16 for a licence to use the premises at City Park, BD1 1LA for Supply of alcohol 0900–0100 Monday –Sunday Regulated Entertainment from 0800, Late night refreshments from 2300. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 12/7/16.Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday -Thursday and 09.00-16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
