CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER AKAM ROAD/VAUGHAN STREET AREA BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' on lengths of Akam Road; Vaughan Street; Rebecca Street and Sunbridge Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire; and

2. 'Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday - except for Permit Holders' on lengths ofAkam Road and Vaughan Street, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 15th July 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/73168. Dated: 24th June 2016.
