NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Gary Hardcastle applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 21st June 2016 for a licence to use the premises at Heaven Scent, 170a Norman Lane, Bradford, BD2 2JU for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 09:00 – 21:00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 21st July 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 16:30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 22nd June 2016.
