Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BLACK MOUSE CHEESE AND WINE EMPORIUM LTD, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Black Mouse Cheese and Wine Emporium Ltd. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Retail sale of alcohol, Subject to the following terms: Monday to Saturday 10.00am – 21.00pm, Sunday 10.00am to 16.00pm. Responsible authorities or any other person who may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 11 July 2016 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
