NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Claire Louise Renton applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 27 May 2016 for a licence to use the premises at The Railway Club, Wakefield Road, Bradford, BD4 7PE for the sale by retail of alcohol/provision of regulated entertainment/provision of late night refreshment from 12.00 hours until 06.00 hours Monday to Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 25 June 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
