CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 29) ORDER 2016 BAILDON VILLAGE
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 2nd June 2016 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions.
1. 'No Waiting at any time' on lengths of Merlinwood Drive; Jenny Lane; Heygate Lane; Northgate; Moorgate; Pennithorne Avenue; Fyfe Grove; Argyll Close; Ridgewood Close; Prod Lane; Glen Road; Lucy Hall Drive; Bank Crest; Bank Walk; South View Terrace; West Lane, Springfield Road; Langley Lane; Browgate; Belmont Avenue; Greencliffe Avenue; Oakleigh View and Ferncliffe Drive, Baildon;

2. 'No Waiting at any time and No Loading - Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Providence Row, Baildon;

3. 'Residents Permit Parking' on lengths of Springfield Road; The Grove; Westgate; Northgate; Bank Walk; and Jenny Lane, Baildon;

4. 'Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Springfield Road; Newton Way; The Grove; Westgate; Northgate; Jenny Lane, Baildon;

5. 'Limited Waiting of 1 hour (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Browgate, Baildon;

6. 'Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Jenny Lane, Baildon;

7. 'No Parking or Loading - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 9.30am and between the hours of 2.30pm and 4pm - 1st September to 31st July (term time)' on lengths of Langley Lane, Baildon; and

8. 'Limited Waiting of 30 minutes (return prohibited within 2 hours - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Northgate, Baildon.

The Order comes into force on 6th June 2016 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HYand at Ian Clough Library, Hallcliffe, Baildon If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 2nd June 2016) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
