ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 84 (BRADFORD NORTH) ESHOLT TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 533) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to carry out essential structural maintenance proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 84 (Bradford North) Esholt intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 84 (Bradford North) Esholt from its junction with Public Footpath No 85 (Bradford North) Esholt to its junction with The Avenue, Esholt.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.
No alternative route for pedestrians affected by the proposed Order is available.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th June 2016 and remain in force until 23rd July 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary). DATED this 26th day of May 2016
