CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER
LYSANDER WAY COTTINGLEY BINGLEY
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. "No Waiting between the hours of 8.30am and 9.30am and between 2.30pm and 3.30pm - Monday to Friday - operative from 1st September to 31st July" on lengths of Lysander Way; Titania Close; Oberon Way and Goodfellow Close, Cottingley, Bingley, West Yorkshire; and

2. "No Waiting At Any Time" on lengths of Cottingley Cliffe Road and Bradford Old Road, Cottingley, Bingley, West Yorkshire.

A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and at the Reception Desk, Ground Floor, Shipley Library, 2 Wellcroft, Shipley.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 10th June 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/73158. Dated: 13th May 2016.
