CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 26) ORDER 2016 BRADFORD EAST AREA - VARIOUS ROADS
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 28th April 2016 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. 'No waiting at any time' on lengths of Garnett Street; Grant Street; Killinghall Road; Higher Intake Road; Heap Lane; Florence Street; Prospect Street; Rillington Mead; Riccall Nook; Ruswarp Crescent; Sherborne Road; Town Lane; New Line; Sulby Grove; Ryan Street and St Stephen's Road;

2. 'No waiting between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday' on lengths of Ryan Street and Cotewall Road;

3. 'No stopping on school entrance markings between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday - operative from 1st September to 31st July' on lengths of Highfield Road; Harehill Road and Renshaw Street;

4. 'Waiting limited to two hours (return prohibited within one hour - except for permit holders) between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday' on lengths of Garnett Street;

5. 'No stopping at any time on entrance markings' on a length of Highfield Road adjacent to Idle Fire Station; and

The removal of some waiting restrictions on Grant Street; Garnett Street; Killinghall Road; Rees Way; Harrogate Road; Hutson Street; Jacob Street; Bottomley Street; Holme Top Street and Little Horton Lane. The Order comes into force on 6th May 2016 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 28th April 2016) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
