Notice of application for grant of premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Mr Jikarm Karim applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 21.04.2016 for a licence to use the premises at Park Road Market, 79 Park Road, Bradford, BD5 0SG for the sale of alcohol off the premises 0600 - 0000 Mon - Sun. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 19.05.2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Mon to Thurs and 0900 - 1630 Fri. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 21.04.2016
