ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL GAWTHORPE LANE, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 513) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to carry out a stop tap renewal proposed to be executed on or near Gawthorpe Lane, Bingley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Gawthorpe Lane, Bingley at a point outside 1 Beck House.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order is available.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 20th April 2016 and remain in force until 21st April 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 7th day of April 2016
