CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL BACK MORTON LANE AND BACK RYSHWORTH AVENUE, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 504) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of work to replace and electricity substation and associated cabling to be executed on or near Back Morton Lane and Back Ryshworth Avenue, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the full length of Back Morton Lane and Back Ryshworth Avenue, Bingley.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be available at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Morton Lane - Marley View - B6265 Keighley Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 7th March 2016 and remains in force until 1st April 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 4th day of March 2016
