ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
GAIN LANE, FAGLEY, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 498) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of carriageway resurfacing work to be executed on or near Gain Lane, Fagley, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Gain Lane, Fagley.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Essential vehicular access to premises for residents only will be allowed and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Leeds Road - Dick Lane - Gipsy Street - Leeds Old Road -Killinghall Road - Fagley Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 8th March 2016 and remains in force until 10th march 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 4th day of March 2016
