CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 BACK SALTAIRE ROAD SHIPLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 508) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Back Saltaire Road, Shipley intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of Back Saltaire Road which extends between John Street and Saltaire Road (A657)
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on or near the said length of road. Pedestrian access and access for emergency vehicles and vehicles associated with the works will be allowed.
An alternative route for traffic affected by the proposed closure will be
available via John Street, Saltaire Road (A657) and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on Saturday 19th March 2016 and
remain in force for a period of approximately three days.
