Notice of Application for variation of premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Keith Wildman applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 25th February 2016 for a variation of the licence to use the premises at The Record Cafe, 45-47 North Parade, Bradford, BD1 3JH for the sale by retail of alcohol. The variation being extending licensed hours on Thursdays from 11pm to midnight and the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Sunday to Wednesday 10am to 11pm, Thursday to Saturday 10am to Midnight. Representations should be made in writing to the Environment & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 24th March 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Mon to Thurs and 09:00-16:30 Fri. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 25th February 2016.
