ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 AIREVILLE TERRACE BURLEY IN WHARFEDALE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 501) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Aireville Terrace, Burley in Wharfedale intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of Aireville Terrace which extends from its junction with Station Road to a point adjacent to property number 5 Aireville Terrace.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on or near the said length of road. Pedestrian access, access for emergency services vehicles and vehicles associated with the works will be allowed.
An alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed closure will be available via Aireville Terrace (unaffected part), Manse Crescent, Manse Road, Station Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on Tuesday 1st March 2016 and remain in force for a period of approximately one day (although the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED: 17th February 2016.
