CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 BACK HINCHCLIFFE STREET UNDERCLIFFE BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 492) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Back Hinchcliffe Street, Undercliffe, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on the full length of Back Hinchcliffe Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on or near the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be allowed. No alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed closure will be available.
The proposed Order will come into effect on Monday 22nd February 2016 and remain in force for a period of approximately one week (although the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED: 5th February 2016.
