CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 6) ORDER 2016 BRADFORD WEST AREA - VARIOUS ROADS
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 2nd February 2016 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. 'No waiting at any time' on a length of Back Southbrook Terrace; Campus Road; Gathorne Street; Summerville Road; Thornton Road; Rosetta Drive; Bradford Road; Sandringham Road; Green End; School Street; Spring Meadow; Bingley Road; Whetley Hill; Leyburne Street; Lower Kipping Lane; Dyson Street and Sunbridge Road;

2. 'No loading and/or waiting at any time' on lengths Duckworth Lane; Squire Lane; North Park Road;

3. 'Limited waiting of 15 minutes (return prohibited within 15 minutes) between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday - operative from 1st September to 31st July' on lengths of Trinity Road;

4. 'No waiting between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday - operative from 1st September to 31st July' on a length of Trinity Road;

5. 'No stopping on school entrance markings between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday - operative from 1st September to 31st July' on a length of Trinity Road;

6. 'No waiting between 8.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday - operative from 1st September to 31st July' on lengths of Thorncliffe Road;

7. 'Limited waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday' on lengths of Sunbridge Road;

8. 'A loading bay operative between 8.00am and 6.00pm on all days' on a length of Sunbridge Road; and

The removal of some waiting restrictions on Grantham Road; Princeville Street; Thornton Road; City Road; Heaton Road and Market Street, Thornton.
The Order comes into force on 8th February 2016 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 2nd February 2016) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
