NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Stephen Hoskin applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a licence to use the premises at Mars a Day, 274 Lumb Lane, Bradford, BD8 7SF for the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 9.00 and 23.00, Monday to Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by 24th February 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 27th January 2016.
