CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2016
DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES BRADFORD EAST

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 21st January 2016 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
1. introduce parking places for disabled persons at 25 Upper Mosscar Street; 41 Byron Street and 57 Stone Hall Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire; and

2. remove parking places for disabled persons at 199 Sandford Road; 37 Byron Street and 16 Curzon Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

The Order comes into force on 25th January 2016 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City
Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 21st January 2016) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
