CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(SPEED LIMIT) (NO 3) ORDER 2015 20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ZONES
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a speed limit of 20 miles per hour on lengths of the following roads:- Hollingwood Lane, Hardknot Close, un-named road to the south west of Hollingwood Primary School, Windermere Road, Bartle Lane, Bartle Close, Grisdale Close, Bradford.
Cooper Lane, Home Farm Close, Torre Road, Common Road, Park Road, Lower School Street, Edward Turner Close, Bowler Close, Union Road, School Street, Fountain Street, Acaster Street, Manor Road, Holborn Court, Brentford Road, Hydale Court, Oxley Gardens, , Bradford. Knowles Lane, Shetcliffe Lane, Ferrand Avenue, Dawson Lane, Burnham Avenue, Entrance road to St John's C of E Primary Scholl, Bierley, Fallowfield Drive, Fallowfield Close, Hopkinson Drive, Tisma Drive, Harmon Close, Fawcett Place, Renee Close, Bradford.
Russell Road, Russell Avenue, Russell Hall Lane, Queensbury, Bradford. Restricted road status will be removed from all the above lengths of road A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on 29th January 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/CEB/72926 Dated this 8th day of January 2016
