NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Rachel Gallagher applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 22/12/2015 for a licence to use the premises at 530 Leeds rd Thackley BD10 8JH for the sale by retail of alcohol / provision of regulated entertainment from 11am – 23.00pm. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 19th January. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 22/12/2015
