PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) Order 2010 Pursuant to the procedure of the United Reformed Church for the purposes of the above-named Order, Saltaire United Reformed Church has applied to the Listed Building Advisory Committee of the Yorkshire Synod for its advice on a proposal to re-furbish the existing basement toilets and kitchen. The church building is a Grade 1 listed building, situated in a conservation area. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary of the Committee at the address below, with whom arrangements may be made to inspect the relevant plans and other documents. Any comments on the proposal should be sent in writing to the Secretary, Listed Buildings Advisory Committee, Somerset House, St Paul’s Street, Morley, Leeds, LS27 9EP and be received by 29th December 2015.
