CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 118 PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 63 (BRADFORD SOUTH)

PUBLIC PATH (EXTINGUISHMENT) ORDER 2015
The above Order made on 19th November 2015 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish Public Footpath No. 63 (Bradford South) as shown by a continuous bold line on map no. 66666/T220/BDS63_Order Plan annexed to the Order as follows:-1. A-B: Public Footpath No. 63 (Bradford South) commencing at point A and continuing in a general north easterly direction for a distance of 225.5 metres with a width of 1.8 metres and an asphalt and earth surface to point B. A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Interim City Solicitor at the address given below quoting reference:-LEG/PCD/SPN/72928 by Friday 8th January 2016. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
