ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
AIREDALE AVENUE, COTTINGLEY, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 463) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to install new sewer connections proposed to be executed on or near Airedale Avenue, Cottingley, Bingley, to be executed on or near Cottingley Avenue, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length ofAiredale Avenue, Cottingley, Bingley from its junction with Manor Road (Manor Court side) to its junction with The Parade, Cottingley, Bingley. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road or to emergency vehicles.
Essential vehicular access to premises for residents only will be allowed and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Airedale Avenue (unaffected part) - Langlands Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 23rd November 2015 and remain in force until 27th November 2015 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of November 2015
