CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 17) ORDER 2015 WIBSEY BRADFORD - TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT REVIEW
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 12th November 2015 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. "No Waiting At Any Time" on lengths of Oakroyd Road, High Street, Folly Hall Road, North Road, Fair Road;

2. "Limited Waiting of 30 mins (return prohibited within 1 hour) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm" on a length of Oakroyd Road;

3. "Residents Parking Places" and "Limited Waiting of 30 mins (return prohibited within 1 hour) on all days and hours" on further lengths of Oakroyd Road;

4. "Permit Parking Places" and "Limited Waiting of 3 hours (return prohibited within 3 hours) on all days and hours" on a length of High Street;

5. "Limited Waiting of 3 hours (return prohibited within 3 hours) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm" on lengths of Folly Hall Road and North Road;

6. "Permit Parking Places - Monday to Saturday" and "Limited Waiting of 3 hours (return prohibited within 3 hours) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm" on further lengths of Folly Hall Road;

7. "Permit Parking Places" and "Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) on all days and hours" on lengths of North Road and Fair Road;

8. "Limited Waiting of 3 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm" on a length of North Road;

9. "Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 1 hour) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm" on a length of North Road;

10. "Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 1 hour) - Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 4pm" on lengths of North Road; and

11. "Limited Waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm" on a length of Fair Road. The Order comes into force on 23rd November 2015 and a copy of the Order together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 12th November 2015) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
