CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 - SECTION 257 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 135 (SHIPLEY) BETWEEN QUEENS ROAD
AND OASTLER ROAD SHIPLEY
PUBLIC PATH (DIVERSION) ORDER 2015
The above Order made on 10th November 2015 under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will divert a length of Public Footpath No. 135 (Shipley) located between Queens Road and Oastler Road, Shipley, as shown A-B by a bold black line on the Order map. An alternative Public Footpath No. 135 (Shipley) will be created and shown C-B by bold black dashes on the Order map, commencing at point C and continuing in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres with a width of 2 metres to point B. This section of footpath will be constructed to a standard adoptable by the Council.
A copy of the Order and the Order map contained in it has been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to the Interim City Solicitor at the address given below quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/SPN/72911/TCPA by Friday 11th December 2015. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
