City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (Moving Traffic) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. **) Order 20** Prohibition of Driving (Weight Access Restricted) and (Waiting Loading and Parking) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. **) Order 20** New Works Road Bradford NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Orders under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce:-
1. Restrictions of "No Waiting At Any Time" on lengths of New Works Road; Cleckheaton Road and the un-named access road into Low Moor Railway Station;

2. Restrictions of "Parking Places for residents only" or "Limited Waiting of 1 hour (return prohibited within 1 hour) operative on all days and at all times" on further lengths of New Works Road; and

3. The "prohibition of vehicles (above 7.5 tonnes in weight)" from entering New Works Road, Bradford at its junction with Cleckheaton Road. Copies of the draft Orders together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statements of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford. If you wish to object to the proposed Orders you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 4th December 2015.
