NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Rajesh Mistry applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 2/11/15 for a licence to use the premises at 25 North Parade BD1 3JL. for the sale by retail of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment. These activities will take place between Mon to Wed and Sun from 11.00 to 00.00, Thurs, Fri and Sat from 11.00 till 1.00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 30/11/2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Date 3/11/2015
