ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
LOWER WYKE LANE, WYKE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 460) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to install new sewer connections proposed to be executed on or near Lower Wyke Lane intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Lower Wyke Lane, Wyke, Bradford from its junction with Chapel Fold to a point outside the Manor House. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road or emergency services vehicles.
Essential vehicular access for residents only will be allowed and pedestrian access will be available at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be
available via Lower Wyke Lane (unaffected part) - Wyke Old Lane - A641
Bradford Road - A58 Whitehall Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd November 2015 and
remain in force until 20th December 2015 (although the closure can remain
in force for up to eighteen months if necessary)
