ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23 REMOVAL OF A ZEBRA PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AND INSTALLATION OF A TOUCAN CROSSING LEEDS ROAD BRADFORD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 23(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council having consulted with the Chief Officer of Police and informed the Secretary of State in writing pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(2)(a) and (c) of the said Act proposes to remove a zebra pedestrian crossing facility and install a toucan crossing situated on Leeds Road, Bradford close to its junction with Rushton Road/Lower Rushton Road. A copy of drawing number:- TDG/THS/103001/DL-2A showing the toucan crossing may be examined at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to make comments upon the proposed toucan crossing you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than Friday 27th November 2015 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/ SPN/02729.
