CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER BAILDON VILLAGE
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:-
1. 'no waiting at any time' on lengths of Merlinwood Drive; Jenny Lane; Heygate Lane; Northgate; Moorgate; Pennithorne Avenue; Fyfe Grove; Argyll Close; Ridgewood Close; Prod Lane; Glen Road; Lucy Hall Drive; Bank Crest; Bank Walk; South View Terrace; West Lane, Springfield Road; Langley Lane; Browgate; Belmont Avenue; Greencliffe Avenue; Oakleigh View and Ferncliffe Drive, Baildon;
2. 'no waiting at any time and no loading - Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Providence Row, Baildon;
3. 'Residents permit parking' on lengths of Springfield Road; The Grove; Westgate; Northgate; Bank Walk; and Jenny Lane, Baildon;
4. 'Limited waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Springfield Road; Newton Way; The Grove; Westgate; Northgate; Jenny Lane, Baildon;
5. 'Limited waiting of 1 hour (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Browgate, Baildon;
6. 'Limited waiting of 2 hours (return prohibited within 2 hours) - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Jenny Lane, Baildon;
7. 'No parking or loading - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 9.30am and between the hours of 2.30pm and 4pm - 1st September to 31st July (term time)' on lengths of Langley Lane, Baildon; and
8. 'Limited waiting of 30 minutes (return prohibited within 2 hours - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm' on lengths of Northgate, Baildon. A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and the Ian Clough Library, Hallcliffe, Baildon, Shipley.
