LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(2A) OF THE INTENDED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
PROPOSED SALE OF LAND AT BRICK ROW WYKE BRADFORD
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to sell two areas of land at Brick Row Wyke Bradford West Yorkshire. The land to be sold forms part of an area of land which is an open space within the meaning of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
A plan of the land affected is available for inspection in Room 301, Property Law Section, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY during usual office hours. Any objection to sale of the land should be made to me not later than 20 November 2015 stating the grounds of objection and quoting reference LEG.PCD.KES.D64439
