CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. **) ORDER
MARKET STREET BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce two loading bays on Market Street, Bradford. Waiting will be limited to 15 minutes (return prohibited within 1 hour) - Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected road and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 20th November 2015 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/72909. Dated: 30th October 2015.
