NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Richard M. Hall applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 23 October 2015 for a license to use the premises at Black Dyke Mills Heritage Venue, Brighouse Road, Bradford BD13 1QA for the provision of regulated entertainment. Proposed hours of operation are normally Saturdays 09.30 to 14.00h and 19.00 to 22.30h with occasional extra mid-week community events, ending no later than 22.30h. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 23rd November 2015 Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
