NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Bradford Broadway Limited has applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 16th October 2016 for a licence to use the premises at The Broadway Shopping Centre, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1JR for Provision of Background Music and Regulated Entertainment Events. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by Friday 13th November 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 16th October 2016
