CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
SPRING PLACE, GREAT HORTON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 459) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to excavate and repair a sewer proposed to be executed on or near Spring Place, Great Horton, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length ofSpring Place Great Horton, Bradford between properties No 34 - 44 Spring Place inclusive. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access to premises will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Spring Place (unaffected part)- Laisteridge Lane - Grantham Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 2nd November 2015 and remain in force for a period of approximately 5 days (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 21st day of October 2015
