Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Flares/Reflex, Morley Street, Bradford, BD7 IBW applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To extend the terminal hour for Sale of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment in the form of films, indoor sporting event, live music, performance of dance and entertainment of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performance of dance (including any standard and non standard timings) to 07:00 hours the following day seven days a week. 2. To extend the terminal hour for Late Night Refreshment to 05:00 hours the following day, seven days a week. 3. To extend the terminal hour for opening (including any standard and non standard timings) to 07:30 hours the following day seven days a week. 4. To vary remove and add Non - Standard timings for notable days, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority 5. To add a condition and remove conditions from the premises licence which are either outdated, unclear, ambiguous, obsolete or covered by existing legislation, as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, BDI 5RW no later than 5 November 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.bradford.gov.uk
