CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(SHIPLEY) (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 12) ORDER 2015 AND(SPEED LIMIT) (NO. 6) ORDER 2014 CRACK LANE LINGFIELD ROAD MAIN STREET AND TWEEDY
STREET AREA WILSDEN BINGLEY
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Orders on 6th October 2015 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions:-
1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' on lengths of Main Street; Lingfield Road; Firth Lane; Crack Lane, Tweedy Street, Emily Hall Gardens and Laurel Park
2. 'Limited Waiting of 30 minutes (return prohibited within 1 hour - Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm - except for permit holders' on a length of Main Street;
3. 'Limited Waiting of 1 hour (return prohibited within 1 hour - Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm - except for permit holders' on a length of Lingfield Road;
4. A 20 miles per hour speed limit restriction on lengths of Albert Street; Albion Fold; Anders Street; Briggland Court; Chapel Row; Crack Lane; Cranford Place; Dewhirst Street; Emily Hall Gardens; Firth Lane; High Meadows; Laurel Park; Lingfield Road; Lingfield Grove; Mainspring Road; Main Street; Manor House Road; Moorside Road; Peel Street; Queen Street; School Street; Smithy Lane; Spring Farm Mews; Spring Park Road; Tweedy Street; Victoria Street; Village Mews; Wellington Street; Well Street and Wilsden Hill Road
The Orders come into force on 12th October 2015 and a copy of the Orders together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Orders were made (i.e. 6th October 2015) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
