The Planning (Hazardous Substance) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 6)

I give notice that Nufarm UK Limited is applying to the Bradford Metropolitan District Council for hazardous substance consent to store an additional inventory of a hazardous substance at Wyke Lane Bradford, BD12 9EJ. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Nufarm UK Limited, Wyke Lane, Bradford, BD12 9EJ during all reasonable hours until 23 October 2015. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to the Bradford Metropolitan District Council Planning Department at Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 23 October 2015.
