CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
(WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER VARIOUS SITES IN BRADFORD SOUTH

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions:-
i. No Waiting at Any Time on lengths of Albert Road, Queensbury, Beacon Road, Carr Lane, Cleckheaton Road, Cross Lane, Cross Road, Huddersfield Road, Elizabeth Avenue, Fenwick Drive, Lingdale Road, Gracey Lane, Rooley Lane, Toftshaw Lane, and Wibsey Bank, Bradford.

ii. No Waiting 8.00-6.00pm (Mon-Fri) on lengths of Wibsey Bank, Methuen Oval/Tor Avenue, Bradford

Acopy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on 21st October 2015 quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/CEB/72887 Dated this 30th day of September 2015
