NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

The Dominica Association of Bradford applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 23rd September 2015 for a licence to use the premises at 10 Worthington Street, Off City Road, Bradford, BD8 8ET for the sale by retail of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and provision of late night refreshment. These activities will take place Monday to Sunday between the hours of 00.00 to 04.00 and 12.00 to 00.00. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental and Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 22nd October 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5,000. Date 24th September.
