CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING)(CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO **) ORDER

FENBY AVENUE AND FENBY CLOSE BRADFORD

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce restrictions of:- 1.'no waiting at any time' on lengths of Fenby Avenue and Fenby Close, Bradford; and 2. 'no stopping on school entrance markings -Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm between 1st September and 31st July' on a length of Fenby Avenue, Bradford adjacent to the Bradford Forster Academy. Acopy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 16th October 2015 quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/SPN/72845. Dated: 25th September 2015.
