NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Debenhams Retail plc applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on Tuesday 15 September 2015 for a licence to use the premises at Debenhams Unit, 1 Charles Street Mall, The Broadway, Bradford, BD1 1US for the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises between the hours of 08.00 and 23.00 on Monday to Saturday and between the hours of 10.00 and 22.30 on Sunday. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by Tuesday 13 October 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 14 September 2015
